Aircraft skin temperature is one of the key factors for temperature field analysis, icing prediction and safe operation of aircraft. Based on the complete heat transfer mechanism of the skin, combined with sensitivity analysis method, the sensitivity ranking of all factors in the heat transfer process is carried out in this paper. The conclusions are as follows: the sensitivity of external ambient temperature, extravehicular heat transfer coefficient, cabin temperature, skin radiation emissivity, temperature difference between ground and environment, skin thermal resistance, heat transfer coefficient in cabin decreases successively, and the influence of ambient temperature is more important than other factors. Based on the influence degree, a skin temperature estimation method is proposed, which has high prediction accuracy within a certain range of application.
