Based on product development and design of light trucks, the paper has deduced the main factors influencing the dynamic stiffness of the leaf spring through theoretical programming and optimization of the structure of the leaf spring; The law of the influence of friction, frequency and amplitude on dynamic stiffness is explored by means of experiment and finite element analysis; On the basis of the above research, the matching design of the leaf spring and the shock absorber has greatly improved vehicle ride comfort.
