The interrelated indicators of innovation activity and labor productivity are the primary indicators of the degree of competitiveness at the micro-, meso- and macrolevels, therefore, the task is to ensure their sustainable growth. However, their dynamics is notable for the lack of constant growth rates. The study of this problem will make it possible to find reserves for the growth of labor productivity and innovation activity, both at the micro-, meso-, and macrolevels, which will increase competitiveness. Digital technologies generated by NBIC convergence are recognized as one of the reserves, thanks to which it is possible not only to continuously diagnose and prevent failures of technological processes in any industry, field of activity, but also to switch to a new model of doing business, which has received the name “service business”—model”. In our article, we deal with the problems of transport infrastructure, because its development concerns not only the transportation of people and goods, but also the impact on GDP growth.
