Nowadays, Personal Electronic Devices (PED) are used by people in a variety of applications. Common PED is equipped with a set of relative sensors for measuring acceleration orientation, positioning, and magnetic field parameters. In the paper, we consider using a group of PEDs in the communication network on board of vehicle for estimation parameters of formation movement. PED can be associated with passenger location during vehicle movement. Big vehicles may carry a huge number of passengers on board airplane, train, ship, or bus that can give enough system redundancy for collaborative navigation. Task of PEDs localization inside of passenger cabin is considered in the paper. Range measuring in the wireless communication network is considered with the usage of path loss model. Math methods of data extrapolation are used for time synchronization across PED communication network. In numerical demonstration, a configuration of airplane seats in the passenger cabin is used to simulate particular scenarios of PED network configuration.
