In this paper, the temporal attitude control problem for the spacecraft attitude control system (SACS) model is formulated with LTL specifications, and the active fault isolation (AFI) method is also constructed to accomplish fault diagnosis. The linear SACS is built by leveraging the spacecraft attitude dynamics and kinematics with the consideration of physical constraints. For the sake of specific observation missions and the safety of the spacecraft, the temporal attitude control target is proposed and transformed into a set of linear constraints with LTL. By introducing the double negation method and the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) conditions, the overall attitude control and active fault isolation scheme can be rewritten as the mixed-integer programming (MIP). Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated with a numerical simulation for the actual SACS model.
