This chapter presents the aeroelastic equations written in the Laplace domain. The Laplace-transformed generalized aerodynamic force matrix is expressed by adopting Roger’s approximation.
Physical interpretation of the lag terms of Roger’s approximation is also provided in the time domain by using the inverse Laplace transform.
