As an important branch of telemetry science, flight test telemetry involves the basics of many disciplines such as analysis of time-domain discrete signals, parameter estimation, fuzzy mathematics, and test error theories. This chapter introduces signals and noises, Fourier-series transform, Z-series transform, Wavelet, and the basic methods of test parameter estimation in flight test telemetry. In the end, fundamental concepts of fuzzy mathematics and error theory are presented.
