The paper considers the effect of vibrations on operability of the end mills at machining titanium alloy blanks. Investigations into the effect of vibrations on the durability of end mills and dependences of the durability on the cutting condition parameters are presented. The paper investigates a problem of the mill teeth run-out and methods of its reduction.
