Self-driving vehicles are vehicles equipped with advanced technology that enables them to operate without human intervention, navigating their surroundings autonomously. Hese types of vehicles are employed in various industries, such as transportation, logistics, monitoring, and exploration. The process of Route Planning (RP) consists of the essential task of selecting the most efficient and secure route for a vehicle, a pedestrian, or any type of transit to reach a given destination. In the context of commonly encountered traffic congestion, Route Management evolves into the ability to pick a path free of collisions in densely populated areas. The Optimised Dijkstra Algorithm (ODA) operates by identifying the most efficient route by considering the nearest vertices between the source and destination, enhancing the intelligence of vehicles by optimizing their path for the shortest distance.
