Since the Catenary Impact Index (CII) can effectively judge the comfort state of the contact line, the Catenary Impact Index method is used to analyze the detection data of different wind speeds and vehicle speeds in the sea breeze section. By analyzing the Impact Index at different vehicle speeds and its correlation with wind speed and vehicle speed, it can be seen that the Catenary Impact Index method is stable and can effectively eliminate the influence of wind speed and vehicle speed on the diagnosis of hard spot. The Impact Index is used to analyze the regularity state of the catenary in the wind zone and the non-wind zone. The results show that the regularity state of the contact line in the wind zone is worse than that in the non-wind zone, and attention should be paid to the regularity state of the contact wire in the wind zone.
