The chapter provides a broad overview of the labor laws under which an employee can seek legal justice in the United States and Canada. The United States despite having number of legal statutes on discrimination, sexual harassment, equal employment opportunity, and occupational safety lacks statutory measures on workplace bullying and aggression. Canada in contrast in the past few years has implemented several amendments to its legal laws which protect employees from bullying while at work.
