It also proposes leadership qualities to encourage innovation to effectively manage technological integration in the industry. Looking ahead, leaders will be influential only in steering AI integration within MaaS while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability. This article underscores the significance of learning and adaptability among leaders to ensure the growth of AI-powered MaaS ecosystems, ultimately developing sustainable urban mobility solutions. Mobility as a Service (MaaS) provides efficient and effective transportation options to offer users personalized mobility solutions. This approach plays a role in enhancing transportation efficiency and sustainability through advanced technology. By integrating transport modes into a platform, MaaS simplifies access to booking and payment services, resulting in flexible, personalized, on-demand travel experiences for users and improving sustainability. This article also gives an overview of the industry status and the obstacles AI-driven MaaS startups face. It advises industry leaders on the skills and capabilities they need to navigate the future of leadership in the AI-powered MaaS ecosystem.
