The paper discusses the design of foundations for buildings erected on karst territories. The grillage was calculated for four cases: without taking into account the karst sinkhole, taking into account the sinkhole under one support, taking into account the sinkhole under two non-adjacent supports and taking into account the sinkhole under two adjacent supports. The bending moments and transverse forces in the grillage sections are determined, stresses can be determined and the calculation can be carried out according to the first limiting state. In this work, a numerical study of stresses, displacements, shear forces and bending moments along the length of the pile is carried out. Diagrams of changes in linear displacements, angles of rotation, stresses and bending moment are plotted. The calculation method makes it possible to perform a force analysis of the acting forces on the pile in case of a karst failure from the collapsing horizontal soil pressure, to carry out all types of calculations (verification, design and calculation of the carrying capacity) of the pile.
