AMT pure electric vehicles have the advantages of convenience. Optimizing the pure electric vehicle logistics transmission system can improve the vehicle performance and driving distance. Firstly, according to the dynamic performance, economy and vehicle parameters, the pure electric logistics vehicle’s power system parameters are preliminarily matched. Secondly, the model of electric logistics vehicle was established by Cruise simulation platform, and the simulation is carried out according to the dynamic and economic indicators of this paper. Finally, the transmission ratio is used as an optimization variable to establish a multi-objective optimization function and optimize the gear ratio based on the genetic algorithm. The optimized transmission ratio was introduced into the simulation model for simulation. After simulation, it can be seen from the results that the maximum speed is 103.88 km/h to 109.06 km/h, which increases by 4.9%. 0–50 km/h acceleration time is shortened by 1.1% from 8.58 s to 8.483 s. Acceleration time of 50–80 km/h decreased by 4% from 14.68 s to 14.08 s. The maximum stable climbing slope of the first gear increased from 31.14% to 32% and 2.7%; The maximum driving range of 60 km/h constant speed increased from 254.476 km to 260.145 km by 2.2%. The power and economy of the vehicle have been improved.
