Subway stations are mostly underground spaces. For the station with multiple subway lines, its internal structure is more complex. In this way, it is easy to get lost or take the wrong exit when getting out of the station and cause delays. Therefore, the induction facilities of subway station exit are particularly important, which must provide convenient and efficient service for passengers. Based on the existing passenger flow model, taking into account the importance of nodes, the existing model is revised, and the location selection model of passenger induction facilities is constructed to maximize the amount of regional guidance information. Taking Xizhimen subway station in Beijing as an example, this paper investigates the status qua of induction facilities in metro stations. The proposed selecting model is used to solve the location of induction facilities of metro station exit. The result demonstrates that among the 20 locations in Xizhimen Metro Station, 5 decision points for induction facilities can be selected. Now, the effective increment of induction information is the greatest. The research results can provide a theoretical reference for the optimization of induction facilities in the metro station.
