Abstract The flow of viscoelastic fluid is considered as a process of viscous flow along with displacement of a solid body. The boundary between the viscous liquid and solid body is defined, the distribution of the flow rate by the cross-sectional stream, the shear stresses and flow volume of viscoelastic fluid through a cross section per unit time are determined.
