Abstract An innovative kinematic scheme of pneumatic turbine drive was proposed and the use of two-row centrifugal-centripetal turbine stage was justified. We proved the feasibility of the proposed kinematic scheme of the turbine drive in a variety of aircraft components by an example of the manual pneumatic grinding machine.
