The transfer station of urban rail transit is the node connecting different lines. Under the background of network operation, the passenger flow in the transfer station is large and the flow direction is complicated, which is easy to cause safety accidents. Therefore, transfer stations will play an increasingly important role. In this paper, multiple Logit passenger flow allocation models are established based on the smart card data of Chongqing rail transit. The model first performs an effective path search, and then assigns the passenger flow to the corresponding path according to the probability. Based on the model and data, this paper obtains the transfer passenger flow of 10 lines and 30 transfer stations in the whole network of Chongqing rail transit. Taking Hongqihegou station as an example, we analyzed the transfer passenger flow in 8 directions of this station. The results showed that the transfer volume of Line 3, Line 6 and the Loop Line all exceeds 200,000 people per day, accounting for 56.9% of the total transfer volume. During the morning rush hour, Ranjiaba station had the largest transfer volume, reaching 27,160 passengers per hour. The research results are of great significance for optimizing the design, construction, and management of transfer stations.
