Aiming at a two-speed AMT (Automatic Mechanical Transmission) pure electric MPV, according to the economic and dynamic indicators of the vehicle, the drive motor, power battery, transmission and other components of the vehicle are matched, and the AVL Cruise software is used to establish a pure electric MPV vehicle model. On this basis that the power and economy meets the demand, a combined simulation between Cruise and Isight is designed to further improve the economy. The MIGA (Multi Island Genetic Algorithm) is utilized to optimize the gear shifting speed and load state, and the performance simulation of pure electric MPV is carried out on the optimization results. The results show that under NEDC (New European Driving Cycle) condition, the power consumption per 100 kilometers after the optimization is reduced by 0.46kWh compared with that before the optimization, and the economy is increased by 3.03%.
