The interaction between passenger flow and influencing factors is a key issue in rail transit planning. This paper uses the spatial econometric model to delimit the multi-level impact zone of the rail station based on the multi-mode connection mode, and explores the multi-level effect of the factors influencing passenger flow in the urban rail transit station from three aspects: built environment, external connectivity and multi-mode traffic. The results show that the population, the number of posts, the office building area, the mixed degree of land use, the number of schools, the number of bus lines, and the distance from the station to the city center are the significant influencing factors of rail passenger flow. There are different decisive factors affecting rail passenger flow in the multi-stage area, and the degree of effect is obviously different.
