Based on the full analysis of user functional requirements, this paper designs and implements the technical management system of dangerous goods transportation vehicles based on SSM framework, which can meet the management requirements of atmospheric liquid dangerous goods tank vehicles. Users of the system include road transportation management institutions, road transportation enterprises of dangerous goods, tank inspection institutions and the public. The system can meet the requirements that enterprises submit basic information of new tank cars and in use vehicles, tank inspection agencies upload tank inspection reports, transportation management agencies carry out annual inspection of tank cars, and provide query functions for the public.
