China's leading vehicle-infrastructure cooperative autonomous driving technology route is the inevitable choice for the development of automatic driving technology in the future. The vehicle-infrastructure cooperative autonomous driving formed through "People-Vehicle-Infrastructure-Network-Map-Measurement -Operation" will better realize the integration of safety management and application services through the China scheme of vehicle-infrastructure cooperative autonomous driving. Firstly, the fusion of traffic situation awareness and vehicle end awareness under autonomous driving classification and taxonomy of intelligent road infrastructures is described. Secondly, the scenario and industrial chain in the industrial development are analyzed, and the system architecture of vehicle-infrastructure cooperative autopilot is proposed. Finally, it discusses the current roadside fusion perception technology, automatic driving technology, data compliance and other key technologies, providing reference for the industrial development and key technology research and development of the future vehicle-infrastructure cooperative autonomous driving scheme in China.
