Aiming at the high-cost problem faced by logistics transit station in the transshipment process, a mixed-integer planning model is constructed with the objective of minimizing the sum of cargos detention cost and distribution vehicle usage cost by taking into account the arrival time, quantity and volume of the cargos. A new Cargo Batching Strategy is designed, and a Cargo Loading Value Function is innovatively proposed, combined with a three-dimensional crating algorithm to achieve the optimal loading of vehicles, so as to construct the solution algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed strategy reduces the cost by 14.9%, 14.7%, 14.9%, 26.4% and 4%, respectively, compared with the other five contrast strategies, which verifies the validity of the Cargo Loading Value Function and the Cargo Batching Strategy, through the modification and simulation of the relevant examples.
