Due to the flexibility and maneuverability of unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), it is convenient and effective to deploy multiple UAVs as aerial base stations to provide wireless services to ground users(GUs) at some emergencies (such as disaster relief and overcrowding). However, because of the limited capacity and electricity of UAV mounted base station (UAV-BS), it is a challenging problem that how to deploy UAV-BS for on-demand coverage, especially the area to be covered is large which need multiple UAV-BSs to cooperate to provide wireless connectivity. The different characteristics of terrestrial channel of ground BS and air-to-ground channel of UAV-BS makes it a new deployment problem. In order to make full use of the energy of the UAV-BS, this paper proposed a Cyclic K-means coverage algorithm and the deployment of the UAV base station in three-dimensional space was solved while considering the quality of service and the load capacity of the UAV base station. Simulations are conducted to evaluate the performance of the proposed method for different distributions of the GUs.
