The navigation environment near the oil field development platform is of great significance to the safe construction of the working ship, the safe navigation of the nearby ships and the safety management of the oil field. The comprehensive evaluation of navigation environment in the water area near the development platform of oilfield mainly involves in three parts: the selection of navigation environment evaluation index, the calculation of evaluation index weight and the determination of evaluation method. Taking Weizhou 12-1PUQB oilfield development platform as the research object, this paper analyzes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of navigation environment evaluation, and determines the evaluation index by consulting with experts in the field. The subjective and objective combination weighting method is used to analyze the influence of oilfield development project on the navigation environment of nearby waters, so as to make the selected evaluation index reflect the safety of navigation ships in the waters of oilfield development project.
