The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) based on results of Parallel Simulated Annealing Algorithm (PSA) is extended to explore satisfactory solutions with relatively low costs for trading off benefit of multi-stockholder while aircraft landing. PSA is developed to get a more ideal solution than the regular Simulated Annealing (SA). The numerical simulation shows that our approach is effective and efficient.
