Tunnel traffic noise prediction is of great significance in traffic noise. However, there is no complete traffic noise prediction standard for highway tunnel at present. This paper intends to study the traffic noise difference between the middle of multi lane tunnel and ordinary pavement through vehicle flow model and long space sound field model. The research shows that the sound pressure level in the middle of tunnel is significantly higher than that of ordinary pavement, and the difference of equivalent sound pressure level of vehicle flow is less than that of ordinary pavement due to reverberation.
