The test platform was established In order to study the static and dynamic performance of engineering vehicle hydraulic chassis, and the closed-loop load simulation system is one of the key parts. The hydraulic principle was introduced, and the precise mathematic model was present in this paper. The dynamic performance of load simulation system is affected by the rotary speed of the loaded object and the performance of pressure stabilization through analyzing. So the combined controller based on feedforward and Fuzzy_PID was proposed. The experiments showed that the control system has a good robustness and stabilization, and it is effective and reasonable.
