Integrated commissioning and testing is a necessary section of the construction process of China’s high-speed railways, which provides important technical support to ensure the opening and operation. Although the subgrade is a crucial component of the integrated commissioning and testing process for high-speed railways, there has been a lack of systematic analysis regarding the typical problems identified during previous practice. Based on the past testing data of our country’s high-speed railway foundation, this paper systematically summarizes the main typical problems found in integrated commissioning and testing, analyzes the causes behind these problems, and proposes corresponding countermeasures. The objective is to provide guidance for the integrated commissioning and testing of foundations during grading, as well as serve as an important reference for the operation and maintenance of high-speed railway foundations.
