When the functionalities of an antenna and a load-carrying airframe are integrated into a unified structure in an unmanned aerial vehicle, they would affect each other as additional mechanical loading is caused by electromagnetic field. For a low-frequency structural motion, this coupling effect is negligible; for high-frequency vibrations, non-uniform frequency shifts and magnitude variations are predicted.
