The revision prohibits unauthorized exceptions (3.6, 4.4.3, 5.1.1, 8.5), incorporates AMS2301 requirements (4.2.1, 4.2.2, 4.4), updates composition testing, addresses additional elements (3.1, 3.1.1), clarifies decarburization (3.3.3), and allows the use of prior revisions (8.6).
