Systematically reviewed are the fundamentals of Electronic Fuel Management (EFM). Included is a discussion of five EFM areas: Presented as a part of the air sensing section is a summary of the physical principles that may be applied to compressible fluid mass air flow rate measurement. Finally, an example of digital computer control of a timed speed density system is reviewed.
