When the flow coefficient of valve is considered to evaluate the flow rate capacity, the method that calculates capacity is proposed and ks is introduced as a reference.By developing the character of ks the motion point is specified so as to connect with the system acting condition, then the method that calculates the valve size needed of system performance is proposed. In the case that one system offers the different results in the acting states for the specified condition or the valve has not the same capacity as the calculated flow ability, the equivalent flow rate method that makes the state correct to the acting state is proposed. The examining method is found to adapt to the maximum suitable state by making a reference to the pressure characteristics of system model or real driving unit. This compounded system design suggests the possibility to do automatic design and the effects to keep the system performance.
