Dart's innovation to a tried and proven 1,000 H.P. mechanical drive is incorporated into one basic chassis that is utilized as a two axle end dump at 100 ton and a three axle tractor-trailer at 150 ton.A straight-forward approach and a simplified design vehicle was engineered and tested under controlled laboratory conditions and also customer conditions. The vehicle axles and chassis will also accomodate the newer tire options that are being offered in this basic size truck.Dart's purpose with these trucks is to offer the mining industry a low cost per ton mile vehicle.
