Using new process and new assembly concept, where P.T.F.E rings are directly molded in the piston it because possible to obtain a considerable gain in the rebound forces of shock absorbersThis gain is obtained by a better ring anchorage, less dimensional variation when assembled to the piston and using a flexible skirt that warrants a complete piston sealing in respect to the pressure tube.
