There is a great deal of difference between a Forensic Engineer and an “Expert Witness”, There are a legal, technical and administrative support services that the engineer supplies before becoming an “Expert Witness” in the court room. This paper will describe the differences and show why Forensic Engineering is the art of effective persuasion.
