Advancing technology changes the dynamics of hazard treatment to create products that are safe for their intended purpose while respecting the state-of-the-art. Successful hazard treatment requires a stable process to deal with the ever changing dynamics while supporting unrelenting pressure by organizations to compress the elapsed time from conception until the product is available in the market place. Basic tools are needed to support the process of effective time management and clearly defined objectives to streamline the program without denigrating the quality of hazard treatment. In order to satisfy these basic demands it is essential to avoid extensive and laborious training that distracts and even confuses the participants from keeping a clear focus on the purpose of their effort.
