Generally vehicle electronic parts are complicated in shape and design modifications are frequently made. Therefore it is required to find an easier way to create a calculation model. We focused on the JB (Junction Block) composed of the circuit boards. The inner structure of the small components cannot be ignored. Thermal equivalent modules are made from electric circuit analogy. It is translated for FEM solid model. The modules are combined with the board and they are prepared for calculation model. At this stage the automatic mesh generation technique is effective. In this paper the structured mesh generation method is applied.
