The Environmental Control and Life Support System (ECLSS) on the Space Station utilizes the Major Constituent Analyzer (MCA) for monitoring major atmospheric constituents from sampling locations within the station. The MCA Development Unit was built to verify the flight MCA analytical performance and electrical design. This paper describes the results obtained with the MCA Development unit.
