The results of a study to determine operational and economic aspects of a new class of carrier for high income passengers and high priority cargo are described. This kind of global transport vehicle, utilizing many newly acquired techniques of space flight, could be operational by the early 1980's. The vehicle is also readily adaptable to satisfy the commercial market which may develop in the next two decades.
