Development, Production and Sustaining Engineering of new and current operational military aircraft requires analyses of Survivability, System Safety and Reliability disciplines. Currently and in the past, these analyses have been conducted by independent technical organizations. They each have a number of similar tasks that are performed independently during the evolution and operation of military aircraft systems. These can be achieved more effectively and efficiently by integrating them into a process and databases that will serve their needs. It is the purpose of this paper to identify the similar tasks and operations and describe a process that will enable significant cost savings to be realized throughout the life cycle of a system
