On March 30, ITE Chief Technical Officer Jeff Lindley participated in the Redefining Mobility Summit, which was organized by the Contra Costa County Transportation Authority (CCTA). Panels at the meeting focused on Deploying Shared Autonomous Vehicles, Artificial Intelligence and Automation, Connected Communities, and Automation and Regulation, which were attended by several hundred people primarily from the San Francisco Bay area and northern California. There were also demos of the fully autonomous (driverless) shuttle that is currently being tested in the Bishop Ranch Business Park in San Ramon, CA, where the Summit was held.
