The ITE Annual Meeting and Exhibit in Hollywood, FL, brought together transportation leaders, professionals, students, and vendors to participate in networking events, seminars, technical tours, and workshops -- all aimed at advancing individuals and the profession as a whole. As members celebrated ITE's 85th anniversary during the meeting, the Institute's current and future identity was explored, with the core mission of providing safe and efficient transportation for all people across all modes remaining at the heart of the organization. The technical sessions, tours, and workshops -- such as the Designing Urban Streets NACTO Guide Workshop and the Interactive Design Charrette Workshop on the Impacts of Automated Vehicles -- provided attendees with hands-on learning and tools to apply new strategies and innovations. Plenary sessions inspired and challenged attendees to reflect on the current state of the profession and how to address today's and future challenges. This article shares highlights from some of the technical and plenary sessions.
