When a 4-meter-long Shadow drone tore into a C-130 cargo plane in Afghanistan in 2011, online photos of the damage stirred lots of commentary about the risks drones might someday pose to airliners in civilian skies. The Shadow tore a ragged hole in the leading edge of the military plane's left wing. Here, Peck talks about drones.
