Werner interviews Jim Williams, former manager of the FAA's Unmanned Aircraft Systems Integration Office, about why it's important to have certified pilots control unmanned aircraft, even small ones. Williams explains how the FAA's view of unmanned aircraft has changed since then. He also tells when he expects the FAA to establish rules for larger unmanned aircraft and unmanned aircraft operating beyond visual line of sight. Lastly, he tackles how the FAA enforces unmanned aircraft rules and cites his plans for retirement.
