There are many worthy undertakings for the world's space-faring nations to pursue into the future. However, the expense, particularly for manned projects, is driving space agencies to consider cooperation. International cooperation will be a large issue for the remainder of this decade. This article discusses the projects, programs and philosophies in the United States, Europe and Asia that will determine the interntional space infrastructure of the future.
