Focusing/collimating-and-scanning apparatus adapts spectro-photometer to spectral transmittance of optical filter as function of position on filter. Mounted in sample chamber of spectrophotometer. All-reflective microscope objectives focus quasi-collimated light onto desired spot and recollimate diverging light emerging from filter. Measurements made in infrared, visible, or ultraviolet.
