Report presents theoretical and experimental study of subsonic flow of air in 180 degree-turnaround duct of rectangular cross section. Purpose of study to conduct partial simulation of conditions similar to those in axisymmetric duct of Space Shuttle main engine. Part of continuing effort to develop capability to simulate complicated turbulent internal flows with large curvatures like those in rocket engines and turbomachinery.
