Superconducting films made in relatively simple process. Thick films of YBa2Cu3O7-x superconductor deposited on highly-polished alumina substrates by screen printing. In addition to simplicity, screen-printing technique offers advantage that patterns for electronic and microwave circuits and devices printed directly, without additional etching steps.
