This paper develops a new design method for aircraft control system, which is called 'optimal variable craft control system.' This system can make the aircraft keep good control performance in different space areas; it compensates the deficiency of the classical design of PID. Furthermore, because of that it can be realized easily in engineering, so it is a more practical and effective design method. Digital simulation shows that the result is good.
